Upon Purchase you agree, understand and intend to follow the following terms
Ownership during service?
The ownership of the website and domain will be registered to the client immediately.
The credentials for access will be released to the client when paid in full and not before.
The client acknowledges that if any service has payment still owing 28 days (incl weekends and holidays) they accept and fully understand the following
- Lodge any disputes with disputes tribunal
- unpaid/ partially paid service works will be deleted (unless disputes process is active)
- All payments made are considered services rendered and therefore un-refundable (unless disputes process rules in your favors)
Changes
Changes to any service will incur an hourly charge of $65
Please do not make any changes during our period of work.
Be careful not to undo our work, you will default to the hourly rate if you do.
Do not remove CreativeStartup.nz staff from admin roles in the site back-end, work will stop until admin role is reinstated.
Unless Admin role is given within 7 days of removal,
work will cease and any payment will not be refunded as it is services rendered.

Backup Services
Start work before payment of deposit
Note: we only set up your site to your specifications within the limitations of the agreed scope of works.
